I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you to from Al Jazeera Academy. I am proud to be the Headteacher of the Secondary school. My aim is to uphold the mission and vision of the Ta’allum Group and the school in terms of the academic, leadership and Islamic values which underpin all of our work. We will work tirelessly to create enriching learning environments that light the spark of interest in our students to allow them to experience the wonders of a modern education.

I arrive with 22 years of work in education, the last 7 of which have been at senior leadership level. This is my second headship within the Middle East. I bring a range of skills, experience and expertise with me to the role which will enable me to work closely with colleagues within the school and across the group to secure the best outcomes for our students.

Education does not stand still, it is continually adapting and changing, and we must adapt and change with it to meet the needs of our 21^st Century learners whilst upholding the unique Qatari culture. We will strive to ensure that we provide the best outcomes we can for a successful academic career within Al Jazeera. Our aim is that once students have gained their Thanaweya, they can then take the next steps in their ongoing educational journey, having been given the best possible conditions for success with us.

Schools are partnerships and they thrive on positive relationships. Our aim to always to support our students and parents as much as possible. Please judge us on our actions, not on our words and I believe that you will not be disappointed.
